RETURN / REPLACEMENT / REFUND

Simple Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your DeriMondo purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Our Policy:

You may return or exchange an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Items showing signs of use or wear will not be accepted.

International Return Process:

As an international D2C brand, we prioritize getting the product to you efficiently. For returns:

Initiate Return:

Email customer service with your Order Number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address for our fulfillment center.

Shipping Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any duties/taxes incurred. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as DeriMondo is not responsible for items lost during the return transit.

Refund:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. If the item passes inspection, a full refund for the product's purchase price will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
