A: We use genuine leather (specifically, Crunchy Oil Pull Up leather in our pilot collection). This is a natural, durable material that is rich in character. Unlike synthetic substitutes, our leather will age beautifully, developing a unique shine and deep coloring known as a patina that is truly one-of-a-kind.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

A: You can update the shipping address and contact number before the product has been dispatched. Once the product is with the courier, we are unable to make any changes to the order details. Please contact our customer support immediately if you need to make a change.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

A: We offer a straightforward return or exchange on unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. A: Once the returned item is received and passes inspection at our workshop, a refund for the product's purchase price will typically be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
